Another top aide to New York City Mayor Eric Adams resigned Monday, even as the Democrat’s lawyers launched a legal attack on the federal corruption case against him and asked a judge to toss out bribery charges.

Mayor Adams moved to dismiss a bribery count against him in his federal corruption indictment Monday, describing the allegations as “extraordinarily vague” and claiming the sweeping case brought by Manhattan prosecutors is based largely on the word of a disgruntled ex-staffer.
