Jalen Milroe took off down the right side, as a Georgia defender lost his helmet during a vicious hit, and the Alabama quarterback ran for a 36-yard touchdown to put the Tide up over No. 1 Georgia 28-0 in the first half. Nick Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium was electric. Fans were crazy.

There is no world in which finding a replacement for Nick Saban at Alabama was going to be an easy job — or one that many would jump at. Not that the Alabama job isn’t desirable, but following someone like Saban is an impossible ask. Washington head coach Kalen DeBoer jumped at the chance, anyways, with the support of Saban.
