HBO’s The Penguin made a bigger splash in its regular time slot. The second episode of the series offshoot of Matt Reeves’ The Batman aired Sunday night at 9/8c, where it drew 1.6 million domestic cross platform viewers — outperforming Episode 1’s premiere night by 17%.

Viewers appear to be flocking to The Penguin. The HBO series starring Colin Farrell as the notorious DC Comics villain has racked up 10.4 million cross-platform viewers for its series premiere, which debuted Sept.

Oz thrusts himself (and those around him) down a winding path of misdirection and chaos in another solid episode of The Penguin. “Inside Man” loses some of the momentum of the series premiere, but a pair of tense sequences and knockout performances from the main cast keep it from falling flat.
