On The Beach is still on its way to the PlayStation 5 and at Tokyo Game Show 2024 over the weekend, director Hideo Kojima teased more gameplay, new features, and an in-game performance by Japanese singer Daichi Miura and a group of Death Stranding 2's unnerving Dollmen.

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach was announced during The Game Awards 2022, and back in May this year Kojima-san revealed that the game was now in an “adjustment phase’ that will last about a year. As with the first Death Stranding, The Walking Dead actor Norman Reedus will feature in a starring role in the sequel and will be joined by Elle Fanning.
