For more than 10 years, Walmart workers enrolled in one of its insurance plans and their dependents could ask Mayo Clinic's cancer experts to review their doctor's diagnosis and treatment plans, but only for the six most prevalent cancers -- breast, lung, colon, prostate, pancreatic and blood.
